FINLANDIA:

Abrimos esta edición con Paradise Oskar, su nombre artístico tras el cual se oculta en compositor y cantante de Helsinki de 20 años, Axel Ehnström. Axel siempre ha tenido un interés especial por el mundo musical desde que de pequeño venían a su mente diferentes letras, don que aprovechó para enseñar a otros sus composiciones.

Tuvo un gran apoyo en su preselección, y fue uno de los clasificados en la primera semifinal. Finlandia se cuela en la final después de quedarse el año pasado sin poder participar. Al puro estilo Tom Dice, representante de Bélgica el año pasado, con su guitarra y su micrófono, Axel nos deleita con una balada sobrecogedora con un fondo en el cual la esfera terrestre va apareciendo progresivamente.

Dino Merlin se presenta por tercera vez por su pais, del cual es letrista de su himno. Una de las canciones más maduras del festival probablemente. Canta en inglés y en Bosnio la cancion “LOVE IN REWIND”, amor en retroceso. Esperamos una buena actuación del quizá el mejor artista de los Balcanes. Con su apoyo, su voz y su sobria puesta en escena Dino intentará romper el Gafe del puesto 2 en la final de eurovisión (Recuerdan quien actuó el año pasado en esta posición…)

La talentosa Evelina Sasenko, triunfadora desde los 6 años, nos presenta una canción poco festivalera, muy de musical, pero con una gran calidad. A la tercera lo consiguió. Eric Saade se alzó con el triunfo en la preselección más prestigiosa de tosa las existentes, el Melodifestivalen. Eric es de ascendencia libanosueca y uno de los chicos guapos del festival, con una no gran voz. La puesta en escena de la cnación es espectacular, una coreografía supercoordinada, un cristal roto, todo para ilustrar la canción sobre la historia de un chico que quiere ser POPULAR, y que al final lo consiguió. lAS CARAS DE LOS ESTONIOS EN ESCENA SOBRABAN...

GRECIA:

Contra todo pronóstico pasaron la semifinal del martes, una gran voz y un rapero. Loucas Yiorcas: Su arrollador éxito comenzaría verdaderamente en la temporada 2008-2009 con el premio como ganador en el concurso Factor X, periodo tras el cual con su primer single Den Fantazesai compuesto por el reconocido compositor George Theophanous, obtuvo excelentes críticas.

Desde 2009 ha actuado con otros artistas del panorama musical griego como Elena Paparizou, Natasha Theodoridou, George Mazonakis, Dimitris Mitropanos y Peggy Zena además de recorrer el país con su grupo musical.

Junto a él estará sobre el escenario Mike Exarchos, más conocido por Stereo Mike, que a la edad de 18 años se mudó a Reino Unido para estudiar Música Tecnológica y Producción de Audio. Ha compuesto la música para algunos cortos y ha ejercido como ingeniero de sonido en la firma London’s Vault Recording Studios, marca que cuenta entre sus artistas a grandes y nuevos nombres del hip-hop.

Este año es decentilla, con una gran puesta en escena, con pasos de la coreo de Eric Saade, y con muchas luces. Alexei Vorobjov es el Tomás Gómez de este año, todo a lo que se presenta lo gana. Como no, niño prodigio, actor doble y otro de los chicos guapos del festival, que intentarán mojar las bragas (y los boxers) de muchas/os para coger teléfonos y que les voten.
