Yo leo mucho. Acomparacion de ustedes que se la pasan todo el dia aqui investigando fotografias para provar que Nian tienen una relacion seguramente leo excesivamente.

Nina:"Because I want to be. Right now, this is my 'me' year, this is my . . well, I guess technically it's 2014, so the year is over (laughs) I'm taking some time to just figure out me and do things that make me uncomfortable and step outside of the box because whether we realize it or not, we live in such an amazing world and we have everything at our fingertips and the possibilities are endless. You know even things like running water, things that we take for granted . . . we have it easy. So I really want to take this year to do things that are not easy and that make me uncomfortable just to see what it's like, even if it's good or bad or terrible. . . . and then Mario Lopez gets REALLY SEXIST AND ANNOYING. He brings up how 'brave' it is for Nina to be single, because so many women have 'monkey syndrome', where they won't let go of one guy until they have another guy to grab onto. And women like that go from person to person. UGH UGH UGH.

Nina was like . . . "Oh, interesting."

Mario then told her attitude was very 'healthy' and 'brave' (AGAIN WITH THE BRAVERY), especially since she is the kind of girl who is 'sought after' (KIND OF WANT TO SET YOU ON FIRE MARIO LOPEZ), "either that or you are lying to me" (laughs).

Nina: "No, I'm not lying to you. I try to be as honest as possible. But yeah . . . the monkey thing . . . no, I'm not a monkey. (Turns into a discussion about being a cat, wevs.)


Anyway, he then pushes her for a type of guy she might be attracted to and asks if she has a 'type' . . .

Nina: "It's about changing the 'type' and not going for 'my type' . . ."
Mario: "What was your type?"
Nina: "Uh, I don't know . . . " trails off into laughter, b/c he clearly wants her to say 'Ian Somerhalder used to be my type and now my type is Not-Ian Somerhalder'
Mario: "Do you prefer to date someone in the business?"
Nina: "No, well that's the thing . . ."
Mario: "Because many people have the philosophy that it's easier and they understand?"
Nina: "And do in a way . . . and then they don't, in a way."
Mario: "So in a perfect world, somebody out of the business who has their own thing going . . . "
Nina: "There is no perfect world, that's why its so complicated, that's why life is so complicated."
Mario: "It's only complicated if you allow it to be."
Nina: "Yeah, but it's not that . . . I have, obviously, dated people in the industry, and it's lovely because your lives are going in a parallel universe -- so that's great-- but at the same time it's nice to have change. You know, to have separation and learn new things about a different area in someone's life or a different experience and it grounds you in a different kind of way because you can kind of get into a bubble living in our world. So you lose perspective."

She also says no matter the occupation, carpenter, or whatever, she's looking for someone/people to hang out with who are passionate and good at what they do, and outgoing and confident, etc.

(and then Mario gets vaguely sexist again, with this 'at the end of the day, women just want to be held and to feel like a woman' bullshit whatever.)

Takeway lesson? Mario sucks at this. I can't believe this guy gets paid to be obnoxious. Oh, and that Nina wants to be EXTREMELY clear about her current relationship status.

Que idiota el mario lopez este no? me gustan mucho las respuestas de nina, la verdad, tiene toda la razón. Y creo que realmente le hace (o le hacía, no se) falta encontrarse a si misma, centrarse… ya tendrá tiempo para encontrar pareja, que es muy joven… y estas cosas llegan cuando tienen que llegar. El tema es que predique con lo que dice y no vuelva a tener venas de quinceañera por twitter…que eso es lo único que yo le he criticado con todo este asunto.

Sí, Nina Sabe como responder y tiene razón en la vida todos estamos cambiando, intentando encontrarnos.
Y con respecto a su hombre ideal, pues tiene tiempo, ya le llegara. Puede que de la China, del espectáculo, del futuro o del pasado.

Yo la veo como loca por un cambio,vamos que ya lo lleva haciendo desde verano,pero esq la lees y es como si leyeses esa necesidad de cambio de aire y de todo que parece que necesita, o al menos asi me llega a mi, yo no se que la pasaria con Ian ,pero es como si necesitara esa ruptura,para ir a su rollo, y para experimentsr y tal,vamos lo que dices en la entrevista, es como si necesitara ese cambio con caracter de urgencia,como si quisiera dejar atras todo lo vivido, no se si me explico xD

Es como que la vida se le está yendo, como que necesita disfrutar y experimentar todo de una porque luego no podrá o porque tiene que hacerlo ahora por A o B motivo, no?... Es raro lo que te hace pensar... o lo que no te hace pensar....
